  1. When is payment due? What forms of payment do you accept?

    A $40 non-refundable booking deposit is due once I accept your order and will be applied towards your total order cost. The remaining payment is due in full 7 days before pick-up/delivery (or at the time of booking). Payments are taken online via Square, which allows credit/debit card, bank account, and cash app.

  2. What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations 2+ weeks before the order date will receive a full refund (aside from the $40 non-refundable booking deposit). Orders canceled within 3 days of the order date will not receive a refund. Orders canceled less than 2 weeks and up to 3 days before the order date will receive a 50% refund, or we can keep the order amount on file for store credit to be used later.

  3. Where are you located? How do I pick up the cookies?

    I operate out of a private cookie studio in my home in the Laveen Village neighborhood (zip code 85339). I will arrange a time with you to meet for pick-up at the nearby Starbucks in Laveen Village (85339).

  4. Where is your cookie studio?

    I have a separate room for my cookie studio within my home that is only used by me. I mix, bake, and decorate in this room and store all of my tools, equipment, and ingredients there. See my Instagram page for a tour of my cookie studio!

  5. Can I order character cookies?

    Unfortunately, no. Legally I cannot recreate copyright/trademark-protected images on cookies. However, I can absolutely match the theme by using the same color scheme and incorporating objects, clothing, decor, and simple line art/silhouettes.

  6. Are there any animals in your house?

    I have one dog, an 8 lb chihuahua. She is never allowed in my cookie studio, and I am a “certified clean freak.” I am constantly cleaning, lol!! But, I 100% understand if you are concerned about pet allergens, and will happily refer you to another local cookie maker!

  7. What day should I pick up my order?

    I recommend picking up your cookies the day before your event or the morning of. I will arrange a meet-up time with you as we approach your order date.

  8. Do you deliver? Do you offer shipping?

    Yes, I can deliver orders that are over $150, for a fee. This fee is calculated based on time/mileage. As for shipping, I am not permitted to ship orders due to Arizona Cottage Law. If you know someone in Arizona who can pick up your order, they are welcome to ship it to you instead.

  9. Do you have any allergy-friendly options?

    My recipes contain wheat, egg, and dairy. The sugar cookies also contain pure almond extract but may be switched to just vanilla by request.

  10. How far in advance should I order?

    Please order 2 weeks ahead of time or as soon as you can, as I do book up fast. If I can squeeze in a last-minute order with less than 7 days notice, a 15% rush fee will be added to the total price.

  11. Is there a minimum order requirement?

    The minimum order requirement for custom cookies is 2 dozen, and 3 dozen for mini’s. Sprinkle cookies and chocolate chip cookies have a 2 dozen order minimum (1 dozen if adding to a custom order). DIY kits are offered during holiday sales, or may be added to a custom order.

  12. How long do the cookies keep? Can the cookies be frozen?

    All cookies will come individually packaged and will stay fresh at room temperature for up to 10-12 days within their sealed bags (but best eaten within 5 days!) Yes, the cookies can be frozen. Keep the cookies packaged in their individual bags and gently place them into an airtight container or a ziplock bag. I recommend putting some paper towel between layers if stacking them flat. To thaw, pull the container or ziplock bag from the freezer and let it thaw on the counter. Do not open the container/ziplock bag until they are completely thawed.

  13. Do you make cakes?

    I do not make cakes anymore, just cookies. :)
